The Human Resources and Corporate Services Division’s goals are:

• to enhance and support the Confindustria organisational structure, identifying and developing the professional skills needed to achieve the organisation’s objectives, as well as fostering the individual growth of human resources;
• to manage payroll information and ensure compliance with all tax and social security obligations;
• to ensure the accuracy of data, in compliance with national accounting standards, and to identify the most appropriate management control instruments to ensure the optimum effectiveness and efficiency of administrative processes.
